Tree of Life Hand Drawn Oak Wood Pendant, Celtic Tree of Life Pendant

I used a pyrography pen to carefully burn the image of a Tree of Life into this beautiful natural oak pendant. The oak came from a branch I found that had broken off in a winter storm. I dried it slowly for 3 years on a drying rack in my shed. It was then lovingly hand crafted into a gorgeous pendant.
In Celtic lore, the Tree of Life is a symbol of longevity, wisdom and strength and the cycle of life, death and rebirth. I felt it very fitting for this piece of oak.

I have coated the finished pendant in a sealant of coconut, soya wax and orange oil, to bring out the grain and to nourish and protect the wood. It smells nice too!
The size of the pendant is 5 cm x 4.5 cm, and it is strung on a black waxed adjustable cotton cord and comes in a gift bag complete with certificate of authenticity signed by me.
