Amur Leopard Painting on Agate

I have hand painted a stunning Amur Leopard onto this beautiful semi precious agate stone slice. This fabulous chap is Luka, and he lives at the Big Cat Sanctuary in Kent, UK.

I use gouache paint and tiny brushes to enable me to capture minute details. I use the patterns and colours of the agate to provide an unusual background to my paintings, and I try my absolute best to capture the spirit of the animals that I paint.
I have coated it in a tough resin to give long lasting protection to the painting.

The size is 9 cm x 5 cm, and it comes gift boxed complete with a display stand and certificate of authenticity signed by me.
